Now Open: 2025-26 CIF State Fall Spirit of Sport Nominations

The nomination window for the 2025-26 CIF State Fall Spirit of Sport Award is now open. We ask for your support in identifying and nominating the outstanding senior student-athletes who demonstrate exemplary sportsmanship, school/community service, and leadership during their high school careers.
Award Summary:

Eligibility: The award is open to senior student-athletes who competed in a CIF Fall sport.

Nomination Limit: Each CIF member school may nominate one male and one female senior athlete for the Fall season.

Section Winners: One male and one female student-athlete are selected from each of the 10 CIF Sections for each season. Each Section winner receives a $1,000 scholarship.

State Winners: One male and one female student-athlete are selected statewide for each season of sport (Fall, Winter, Spring). Each State winner receives a $2,500 scholarship, a patch, and an award.
Nomination Instructions and Deadline
Please share the following link and information with eligible senior student-athletes and ensure your principal verification process is in place. The student-athlete must complete the application and upload the required signed Principal Verification Form themselves.
